2. The service

CreaFlow is a product creation workflow tool that guides designers and creators through a 7-stage process from idea to launch, with AI assistance at every stage.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

• You must be 18 or over to use CreaFlow

4. Subscription & Payment

• CreaFlow Pro costs £14.99/month

• A 7-day free trial is available — no credit card required

• After the trial, payment is taken automatically via Stripe

• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled

• You can cancel anytime via your account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Refunds are not provided except where required by UK consumer law

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within CreaFlow. We store and process it solely to deliver the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CreaFlow for any unlawful purpose

• Upload harmful or offensive content

• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

• Resell or redistribute access to CreaFlow

7. AI Features

CreaFlow uses AI to assist with your workflow. AI outputs are suggestions only - you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before using it.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, CreaFlow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you by email of significant changes.
